Hell, I don't care, it could be fun as long as they have a good sense of humor and alligator hide for skin. We've talked before about exclusivity and I think you know I'm a pretty open person to people that are cool. It will all end up in your lap as a mod if it goes south anyway. Based on what this board has built thus far, I think the membership is a pretty mature and humor loving bunch, so if they can take it (Porker fan), I think we certainly can. Well my grandson can use any electronic device better than 99.99% of the rest of the US population so he's out. That kid is damn scary with what he knows at age 13. As for my eldest daughter she's been causing trouble since she was three but I've long since learned how to handle her. It's my grandson who could annihilate all of us I'm afraid. LOL

They've always had a better system for doing that than we have because they've traditionally been a more pass oriented team whereas we've been more run oriented. They get the HOF QBs while we got the HOF RBs.

It's not that I would object to a Porker fan joining as much as I wonder what purpose it would serve on such a small forum. Would one or two feel comfortable freely discussing football and provide news and insights about GB as we do about the Bears? Or would it eventually turn into little more than pre-Porker vs Bear game trash talking twice a year?
The former would be great but the latter won't do us much good here.
The only thing that matters to me is that posters be respectful of others. If they don't then dump them. Quick.
The board needs some diversity or it will be boring. A board that is alive with people who respectfully see things differently at times is a good thing. I've had my share of disagreements with Ric and Soul, but we've always kept it civil. It would be boring as crap if we all thought the same way.
I have zero problem talking about Bears football with fans of other teams. From time to time on other Bears boards there have been people drop in before we play their team and we've had some civil discussions. Interesting discussions. Others have been trolls and were swept out quickly.
