I'd imagine he knows what they are, but you can't refine the technique without actually doing it. And you don't become an expert at something without doing it for 100's and 100's of reps.

the other thing is timing is going to be way off and is going to have to be worked on again. You can't go as fast or cut as fact as when you are 100% and the QB/WR timing won't be right.
