Let's be realistic:
The Bears are going to be bad again and the best we will get to is 5 Ws. That is going to get Fox fired. He will be in his final year and you can't justify extending him. Why waiting a whole year, wasting a full Draft and Players learning a System that will get changed after the Season AND getting a new HC with another Top3 Pick.
Oh... and theres Biggs saying that Players didn't want to sign with us with THAT Coaching Situation.
Well... Fox should have been shown the door and nothing will Change until it happens.
