I think a high 3rd rounder as MOTM suggests IS probably high for the guy ( and whomever is willing to pay that may also be high), but the points made about his contract are valid and it as value. With all that said, if his suitors are limited to one team, then we will be lucky to get a 6th or 7th rounder for him. However, it only takes two to tango and it only takes two to create a "market". You just need one other team to bid against the other to drive the price up and if that point is ever found, then who knows what Jay AND HIS CONTRACT will be worth. At this point, San Frans high 3rd sounds preposterous, but that can all change and become reality under the right circumstances.
