I think he deserves a couple more years. He needs enough time to see how his draft classes turn out. I also think that Fox could be gone after this year and Pace deserves a chance with another head coach.
really depends on how the next few years go, if there is more sub 5 wins seasons he's done a lot quicker, if he gets to 8-10 wins in the next few years he'll get more time.

At first I said 2018 but I think Pace gets to 5 years unless the team goes all Emery/Trestman. How many more seasons Fox has is a different question. Pace can always throw Fox under the bus to get 2 more years.
After 6-10 (2015) and then 3-13 (2016) I think Fox has to get to 8-8 (2017) no matter what. He then has to make the playoffs in 2018. Not meeting any of those goals leads to a Fox firing and Pace getting to one more HC. Pace is drafting well (so far) but he has to answer the QB question. First round, 2nd round, FA...doesn't matter. He needs a QB.
If this year sucks, I think Bears fan are going to start calling for his head. Still, I think six years is a reasonable time frame for a GM to turn a program around. I'd give him 6 years unless things get nasty.
If we still can't match the Jerry Angelo production after 5 years under Ryan Pace, then I'd have to believe he's a goner. The last 7 seasons Angelo averaged 9.5 wins/season. He had 3 Division Championships in his last 7 years - including two appearances in the NFL Conference Championship game (and was 1-1 there with a Super Bowl appearance). His last 2 seasons, his team had an 11-win and an 8-win season.
If the Bears are still around that 8-win mark after 5 years of Ryan Pace, and at least get a sniff of an NFCN title, I'd have to believe he's gone. Especially, if we are still 3rd or 4th in the NFCN each year.
One other thought. At what point does the Angelo/Emery "left the cupboard bare" excuse run out for Pace? I believe it is a valid excuse for a few years. But you can only ride that so many years as an excuse. After 5 years, surely this is Ryan Pace's team. Right?

Just going from history, it seems that teams do not like having lame duck HCs or GMs unless they are seriously contemplating letting them go. They tend to be let go or renewed the year prior to their final year. Most of the time anyway. I would say that Pace is probably here until that 4th year for sure. After that it is all dependent on what he has accomplished. If he has made any stupid moves or ignored important issues.
I think not having gone after a QB thus far is a strike against him. I also get the tried and true excuse of having too many needs or that the draft did not fall his way, but at some point when those things continue to happen you have to look at the GM. It sounds like I am down on Pace, but I am not. But a fact is a fact. If he does questionable things, he had better do more good things to counterbalance them. The book is still being written.

And that sure sounds like a reasonable time to at least get us back to where we were under Jerry Angelo. And hopefully/ultimately the whole idea is to do BETTER than the mediocre record of Jerry Angelo. That's why he was fired, so we could do better than Angelo. Here's the last 7 Angelo years:
