if Fales doesn't get time, i don't know why we are playing games with him as far as PS to active roster last year. I don't know that i want to watch another quarter of hoyer ball.... blech.
well, not like we have a 4th option... he would def. be gone if Shaw was still around, now he will stay as a 3rd qb, if we dont sign some cut
It depends if they have somebody else they like. I can see a scenario where the try to put Fales on the PS and then sign another FA QB if someone grabs him.
I can see them grabbing another QB no matter what. Once Shaw passed him up I think all they kept him around for was another arm. There should be some better prospects who'll be let go.
As for WRs Braverman has out produced White so far 4 catches to 3 and 23 yards to 12 so they gotta keep him.
I like Jacoby Glenn. He's a little on the skinny side but he was a good cover corner in college and I think he's a better cover corner than the others now too.
Hoyer is more comfortable now? WTF does that mean. It looks to me like he's been asleep so far so how do you get anymore comfortable than that?
I just saw Fales for 2 series. He blows chunks. He should not even make the 53 man roster. He throws lollipops.
He is pretty much the same as the parade of young QBs we have had over the past maybe 4 years. Different name, different weakness, but no one that impressed. I was actually excited about Shaw -- he showed some promise, but Fales is expendable IMO.
Probably a kid they may want to store on the PS for a year like they did with Jacoby Glenn.

Pro Day Results 40-yard dash: 4.74 seconds against wind, 4.42 with wind Vertical: 37 1/2 inches Broad jump: 11 feet Short shuttle: 4.32 seconds 3-cone: 7.2 seconds
Analysis Strengths Quick to diagnose and respond to the action in front of him. At his best in zone coverage when he can keep plays in front of him. Reactive to quarterback's eyes and movement and ready to smother wide receiver in space if he senses a pass coming.
Weaknesses Upright in backpedal. Guesses too frequently from press, opening up too soon. Labored footwork when asked to turn and transition when beaten inside. Tight-stepper who allows separation over the top. Passive. In no hurry to get his nose into run-support fray. Shows some pre-snap confusion at times on tape.
Draft Projection Round 7 or priority free agent
Bottom Line Tall, thin cornerback lacking top-end burners to carry speed downfield and also lacking aggressiveness to attack and support against the run.
