I was just curious to see who the sports writers are that folks here enjoy the most. LOL, I know we won't agree on this (and I'm not asking who you dislike). I am just curious who you like and why you like reading their stuff.
I think I like Hub Arkush and Brad Biggs a bit more than others. For a long time now I have found I'm looking forward to reading Bigg's 10 Thoughts column and his Bears Mailbag articles.
Regarding Hub, he has been criticized in years past as being a bit too hard on the Bears while Biggs gets called out for being too easy on the Bears. But between both of those writers I think you get a pretty fair and balanced assessment of where the team is at. Neither man is an extremist click-bait type writer. They both seem to have phenomenal resources to pipe info from.
I do like the Chicago Tribune writers enough to subscribe to the online paper. I also pay for Pro Football Weekly so I can read Hub's articles. By the way, PFW has a special right now where you can get 1 year for $29. That includes the Bears and also the draft. That's 1/2 price, but the sale ends this weekend. You can also get the Trib pretty cheap (the digital version) if you watch for a good deal.
