This is an interesting player to follow. Could be one heck of a player if the Bears can develop him to a high ceiling.

While he played quarterback in college, the Chicago Bears gave him a chance at cornerback. Due to his speed and raw physical skill, he was worth a shot.
Franklin did not move the needle much in the preseason, but it was enough to spend an entire year on the practice squad. Now, one year later Franklin is ready to compete for a job.
