The best part of the video for me is about 1:40 with Pace talking about College free agency:

"I can tell you it is going very well for us right now. You can tell that a lot of players really want to be here".

That is huge IMO. If the UDFA prospects start off sold that we are the best place for their career, it will be like having 2 or 3 extra 6th and 7th round picks for a couple of years.

Watched this last night, and to be honest, these two guys are something else...

I swear Pace is evaluating Nagy at all times, which he surely does with every person he interacts with. His robotic ways are good though IMO lol

The next two years are crucial for this relationship...sure the hell hope it works out, cus i think it's a great pairing.
