Do you see evidence that we are getting better?

I am a simple minded guy.  In my simple-minded world I just know that we are continuing to lose season after season.  You either win, or lose.  We are losers - again.  I would like to see SOME spark of life in the team this year.  Something, however tiny, that I can point to and think to myself, we are better and headed in a good (really good) direction.  Instead, I just see a bad team.  When do we see a good team on the way up?  

You either are a winner - or a loser - and once again we are a loser franchise.

This is NO excuse. It's the GM's responsibility to build this team, including depth. This roster is void of talent all over, regardless of injuries

I think we regress.

I hate to say it but looking back at 2013/2014 this team had way more talent then what we have no. Our offense was stacked with guys like Forte, Marshall, Jeffery, and Bennett. We have no real replacement for any of them 3 years since Pace took over. Heck we even regress with our starting QB. Glennon is a worse version of Hoyer but costing much more.

On Defense we sure got much more talent but we have no depth to replace those that go down. 3rd year already and we're still having the same problems. Its outragous how much talent is on IR and how little talent we have in our depth chart. What makes things worse is having that 16 million extra in cap space and not signing any big player this offseason, knowing for well we need good players. I understand Pace likes to build through the draft but even he won't get 7-8 years it would take for him to build his whole team through the draft. Sign some players and start competing.
