Interesting. Too bad he got hurt. Hope he comes back 100% though.

John Fox: Connor Shaw 'has a bright future' with Bears

Connor Shaw may not play another down for the Chicago Bears this season after breaking his leg in gruesome fashion against the Kansas City Chiefs this past weekend, but that doesn't mean the young quarterback's future with the team has gone up in smoke.

Head coach John Fox said recently that Shaw still has a "bright future" with the Bears.

to be honest, his injury still haunts me, wasnt this excited for a young QB performance since Blanchard show in PS few years back

True but if he can recover and he eventually does become a major contributor and maybe even Cutler's eventual replacement we'll have a legend in the making. He's still young enough and has enough upside that both are possible.
