The Bears are in a good place according to Pace and the Locker room culture is "good" so no worries.

The English interpretation of that is he got rid of the big mouth trouble makers in exchange for guys who "execute" well in the locker room but not so well on the field. Will someone please empty the trash!!!!

So the locker room is in a good place but Bears fans are not in a good place but that's still OK because it's the McCaskey way. Good to know they have Pace brain washed and obedient by now too. BOHICA

I biology class we used to grow cultures in petri dishes. They were molds and this same old excuse sure looks just like one of those molds to me.

It sooooo reminds me of Trestman telling us about how the team had "good practices all week" or how "the locker room was in a good place"

Exactly makes it seem like he is not his own man and is in fact a puppet or that he has no clue. I don't like either of those choices.

I really don't think he gets it. It's either that or he just being a good Second Lt. GM and spreading the order from above. You know what the next step is right?

Pretty soon no one of talent will want that GM job and need to work under Teddy Bears and the McCaskeys. Not when you can't call your own shots. I can hear the death rattle coming from Halas Hall now.
