I hope we hear from Kevin Warren this week. The team is 100% in free-fall and our "generational" quarterback is deteriorating week-by-week before our eyes. Warren was much-heralded as our "football ops guy" - someone who knew football better than Ted Phillips. He needs to actually, do something, football ops like. Will he answer the bell here, or is he hiding under his desk dreaming of "The Lakefront" mirage?

He has 3 options this week:
1. Hide under his bed. 2. Come out with a cheerleading support statement all around. 3. Fire Waldron.
It will probably be #3, but #1 and #2 are definitely possible.

If it takes Warren to fire Waldron then we have real problems LOL. That's like 3 levels up on the pyramid.
Flus needs to fire Waldron
And Poles needs to fire Flus and Waldron before he gets the chance

And right after Flus fires Waldron, Poles needs to tell him "Well done. You have taken care of a pressing issue. Now I have to do the same. Clean out your desk and go home"

Yep, those two have to go immediately to avoid wrecking CW.
I'm 99% sure Waldron is canned tomorrow but I admit I am afraid they will half-ass it and let Flus stay. I hope I'm wrong but that's what I am afraid of. Flus lost the players the minute he denied any responsibility for that whole end of game Hail Mary debacle. It's OVER for him here so do it now.
Chargers are 6-3 F*** F*** F***!
I'm quite sure we would be 6-3 at worst right now had we hired their HC. Terrible, terrible decision to stick with Flus.

Warren wouldn’t fire him personally. He would just send down the order to make sure it happens.
Somebody has to do something. At this point I don't care who.
These are easy, obvious decisions at this point. There is zero downside to firing Flus & Wal at this point. The worst possible outcome is that nothing changes on O and you sit CW the rest of the year to avoid getting him killed.
Where is Poles? Where is Warren? Where is the decisive action?
The Bears organization is such a clown school enterprise. Its all meetings and dumb platitudes about "evaluations".
