I'm not falling for the author's (or heavy.com's) clickbait. The author has written several articles on the fact that the Bears are very interested in the Chief's Chris Jones and that JD Moore has told Justin Fields what he (Moore) expects from Fields in the upcoming Bears/Packers game, etc. IMO yet another media outlet MSU to get clicks/views.
There are lots of players to scout at any of those games besides the QB. I'm sure that if a QB looks good, the Bears scouts will watch them as well, along with many other positions. And I am sure that if Fields underwhelms the Bears this season, he will be replaced. But IMO I expect that Fields will do what he needs to do and will be our starting QB at the end of the season and for the future as well.
