I am glad to hear you're doing better Rick but reading this thread has me a bit scared lol.
I like many of you all have issues with back pains. Working in an industry that moves roofing materials will do that. I have a hard time sitting on my left side for too long as I get a sharp pain in my left butt check that goes down to my knee at times. I can also stand, slightly hunched over and squeeze my knees together at times to get a loud "POP" come from my lower back. I know that can't be good, but man oh man does it feel good.

Is that bad? LMAO!
Sounds like you need a chiropractor!
Baaaaaah!!! I don need no stinkin Chiropractor!!!!
Went off narcotis 3 weeks ago and started exercises to start the recovery. It's not going well. Calling them Tues. On the pain pills I was feeling great, off them along w/the excercises I'm dying, all the pain I was in before and worse.
Happy Labor Day weekend everyone. I should be at a cookout, but it wasn't happening. Not enough alcohol to dull the pain + deal w/heat, uncomfortable seating and inlaws
Ugh!! Shit Ric...didn't know you were having back surgery. Thats a bear of a surgery and recovery man. I hope they find something that can help ease the pain and allow you to continue to rehab.
Finding that out. It's nothing crazy serious, no fusions or rods. Just some opening of the holes of the spine that the nerves come out of, and some cleaning up of some stuff going on.
But man there is a fine line from not doing enough and doing to much; and I was down all weekend after doing to much.

Hah! Back issues suck man. I some issues with the disks in the cervical region of my spine. My right and left arms and shoulders take turns being in pain and/or weakness. Surgery is the last thing I want. There is generally always some collateral damage...so I'll try to do what I can to avoid it for as long as I can.
