If Fields was calling his own plays yesterday, I want Getsy to take over again asap. Could be wrong, though.
I thought I read Fields called his plays in the 2 minute drill. If that's true I'm ok with what he called. Though I didn't see him doing any audibles which is a recipe for failure in today's NFL.

Who ever called the shots on O or D yesterday, should NEVER call them again. I mean, give em to Virgina, give them to vendor outside the stadium, give them to Khalil Herberts unborn child, whoever

It blows my mind that they came into yesterday's game thinking that game plan (if you could even call it a "plan") would work with an NFL-level team. Cmon. That had zero chance of working for even a college level team. I'm still kind of numb and stunned thinking about the play calls... and as plain-vanilla as they were, they couldn't even execute THOSE simple sandlot plays. The Bears crapped the bed about as bad as I've ever seen a Bears team do in a season opening game. LOL, and it had to be against the Green Bay Packers too. We are always whining about how the Bears team "gets no respect" nationally... well... yesterday is "Exhibit A" for why we don't. We just fold like a lawn chair like that embarrassing ourselves - especially in prime time. Why would anyone respect a team that's looked like us in the last several years? Team is a joke. And a bad joke at that.
