Peterman, 28, is a former fifth-round pick of the Bills back in 2017. The Bills made the decision to move on from Peterman in November of 2018 and he eventually signed on to the Raiders practice squad.
I read somewhere (can't remember where) that the Bears want to bring Peterman onto the practice squad. I wonder if there is a better option though, with the waiver guys available. Surely there is. Over 1,100 players got cut... gotta believe there is a guy there better than Peterman. Right?
Flus suggested today they are interested in bringing in another QB. Not that it really matters.
More importantly, he said everyone but Tevin Glass Jenkins is expected to be ready to play week 1. That was encouraging to hear though I wish the OL had had more time together in August.
Since they have 10 OLs right now, expect Glass to get IR'd tomorrow to get down to 9.

I believe he would have to be to for a minimum of 4 games, if put on IR at the beginning of the season. From what I heard in Flus' presser yesterday, he felt there was a chance Jenkins could be ready by September 9.

We should know the answer to that soon. If he is NOT IR'd, that means they feel there's a chance he could play opening day or at least within the first few games. Yep, he has to sit a minimum of 4 if IR'd.
If Jenkins can't go week 1, I hope they give Carter a shot. He looked solid in TC and PS. Lucas Patrick sucks at G and we saw that last season. And I don't know if this Feeney guy is ready either.

We don't know how many of our cuts are just guys being put on ice and Poles is hoping they are still available in 2, 3 or 4 weeks to be re-signed. Like Terrell Lewis, Kindle Vildor, etc.

Somebody claimed Vildor, forget who.
But yeah from what I have read they can't IR anyone (Jenkins?) right away so moves are made in advance to prepare. I thought Lewis was worth a roster spot, especially on a team that has a weak edge group like we do.
There's more roster shuffling to come. Let's see if they IR Jenkins.

From what little I´ve read Kareem has size, length, and speed and could be a good project to develop. He apparently has some edge skills.

Vidor was claimed by the Titans.
Kareem doesn't have a lot of measurables available online. He was injured during the time he would have participated in the combine (or do one of the Pro Days). And he doesn't have much of a record as far as games played. Here are his career defensive stats from Pro Football Reference. Not a very big body of work,
I hope we can get Lewis back, if you look at his Rams career, he could be a beast when he wasn't injured.

Literally 0 stats in 2 games and 1 start. Not exactly screaming endorsement. Guessing Flus knows him since he was in Indy, likely knows people there still.
