We can only hope that was a dirt rag click bait article and the guy is just being a vet w/guaranteed money that knows the only thing that matters is how he plays in the regular season.

Shitty teammate, yes, but no one will care if he balls out week 1 and beyond. Hard to believe Poles would have made a mistake, he's been 1000% so far.

That's what I'm hoping for with Davis too. It's clear the coaches weren't too happy with him missing so many practices but if he plays well this regular season it will be quickly forgotten.

My guess is, he got paid, knew his position was safe via guaranteed money and a shit roster and took the summer off.
