I've seen a 1st and a 2nd next year for Jones. I'd say no to this. The Bears aren't ready to compete yet, they don't know what they have on OFF. Yes the NFC is "open" but does adding Jones let them realistically win in Jan against the 49ers? Eagles?
Adding Jones might give them the division, for sure a WC. But then you have to pay him if you want to keep him. He's maybe a top 5 or top 3 DT, so serious talent. But he's going to want ADonald money.
I'd rather use the draft picks on BPA. With 2 firsts and 2 seconds they can add lots of potential.
