New Stadium Poll: What's most likely in your opinion?

I voted for Arlington Heights. The area of the old racetrack has essentially become unused and would eventually fall off the tax rolls (aka abandoned). It is quite a large piece of land that will require a significant amount of development to be of any use at all.

I included a snip from Google Maps to illustrate the advantages of this area for the Bears (or any pro sports team).  The map is a little on the large side, so I put it in the spoiler. Let me know if this causes issues with people and I'll remove the spoiler code.  It has a full interchange on the Illinois Rte 53 expressway (north center on the map) and another full interchange on Rte 53 at the SW corner of the map.  There is also a very large commuter railroad station (Arlington Park Metra Station) with local and express line platforms that allow multiple trains to load and unload at the station simultaneously.  Each train can transport well over 2000 passengers.  So, it will be easy for the rail system to deliver something like 10K to 20K fans in 2 - 3 hours before kickoff.

So this has lots of room for development and has both freeway and public transportation access.  All very conveniently located.
