He could have a crazy-good year. The entire OL should be much improved too. I do like what the Bears have done this off season. Moving Whitehair to C was a good move. He will be flanked by to solid guards. Brax and Jenkins should be road graders on that left side for the run game too. And we have the top OT of the 2023 draft starting at RT. Yes, he will struggle at times during his rookie year, just like Brax did. That's just part of being a rookie. But Brax also made the All-Rookie team at LT. It would be pretty cool to see Wright have a rookie season like that this year.
The arrow is pointing up I think, with this OL.

+1 And Brax needs to take another step up with his pass protection. I think he will.
We really could have an impressive oline in a couple of seasons once they collectively have a couple of seasons under their belts.
I think the pressure is still on Poles for at least 2, maybe 3 more off-season efforts.
We have a ton of folks who will be UFA in 2024. Here is a link to the list. Just a short list to the names includes Cole Kmet, Jaylon Johnson, Justin Jones, Chase Claypool, Darnell Mooney, etc. There are several other players. Luckily there are no likely starting OL folks on that list but, if you look at it, there are a lot of probably important players on it.
If you look at the 2025 UFA list, it stats with Eddie Jackson, Cody Whitehair, Tevin Jemkins and Larry Borom.
IMO, Poles is going to have to maintain his draft/FA "A Game" up for a while.

No doubt, we can’t keep them all. But keeping the best that fit our team is what’s important. I hope he stays the course in retaining our draft picks. If he does, I think we’ll be fine.

+1 I do like how Poles has set this up so that he can keep the best and easily walk away from the rest. Instead of having to cut high priced underperforming guys and take the cap hits that come from that, he has a number of guys on "prove it" deals. If they do prove that they are a good fit here then pay them... but you don't find yourself overpaying dead-weight guys right now. I'm not saying that's how to do things long-term. But for right now, after the teardown of the roster last year, it does make a LOT of sense.

Agree. For right now this works well and hopefully when needed, we’ll have the resources to grab the one or two players that’ll put us over the top.
