I would take Kaepernick, Garrapolo and a rookie...the rest make me wanna puke! And yes...thank you Seqq....if I hear Romo mentioned one more time my head might explode! MOTM, read this and tell me again you want Romo: “The man’s had three back surgeries, he has a collar bone that’s been broken twice, he’s 36 years old, he plays behind – the last couple years he played behind probably the best offensive line in football [and] hasn’t finished a season in the last five."
Now here's my reasoning:
Kaepernick: I get why a lot of people don't like this guy...but truth be told I don't really care if he stands for the anthem or not. I don't like that he doesn't, but I like the consititution more and I'm not gonna burn the constitution to try and wrap myself in the flag to defend something that wasn't even a thing not too long ago. He's a flawed QB...but he's doing some pretty good things with an awful surrounding cast right now. Is that because he's the perfect QB to run Chip Kelly's offense? Probably, but i love a QB who can make a defense worry about a multitude of things.
Garrapolo: In the opportunities he's had he's shown some things. He's still young and I loved him when he was in the draft. The price will probably be crazy though.
A rookie: Do I really need to explain this?
