Fox assessment: “The results aren’t exactly what we want"

It boils down to fans (me included) getting worn down by the year-in and year-out poor teams.  I think we all expected a rough rebuild.  And injuries are what they are.  But still, it is getting harder and harder to keep some hope alive for the team.  

I "get it"... what can coaches say?  They can't talk the team into being good.  Each new GM and HC needs time to do their thing.  And that is reasonable.  We are still in year-2 of the present coach and GM.

I guess it's just that a 2-win season is pretty tough after the previous disappointing years.  I keep reminding myself we let Lovie go after his 10-win season.  Because we wanted better than to just go to a Super Bowl... we wanted to go there and win.

Then I look at those 2-wins this year and I wonder.
