He need to be completing 60% minimum and have a 2:1 TD:INT ratio. 200 yards at least
11/21, 140 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT is a shit performance and he's averaging less than 100 yards/game thus far on about 55% completion rate IIRC.
And by the end of the season he needs to be trending all of those numbers better.
Towards this:
20/30 (66%) 250 yards, 3:1 TD:INT, I'll add generating at least 1 running TD every two games.
W/this OL and these WR's you and MP are asking to much; you aren't wrong in a normal circumstance, but the GM and HC decided to set the passing game up for failure. I cannot imagine we can find numbers that will actually look like a success for Fields. Likely you'll just have to see it, b/c This GM and HC decided they want to win w/3yards and a cloud of dust, and hope for 9-7 wins. They don't want to throw or have an explosive O. It's Lovie post SB all over again, and everything I never wanted to see again.

That’s true for this “soft tank” season. But don’t you think they will go all-in for WR, OL, and maybe TE in draft and Free agency I 2023? If not, we should all demand Poles’ resignation!

If MP is right, they'll go have to go QB in the first round if this all trends to where it's going, that means mostly FA for the rest of the OL and 1-2 WR's, and a TE.
I'm guessing they like 3 of the OL pieces, maybe 1 or 2 WR pieces. That's a lot of work at those positions.

Look, we all know the Bears have a low-talent receiving group. We all know the OL has question marks (though it has given up only 5 sacks so far vs two excellent pass rush defenses, Burrow had way worse). We know all that. We have posted it here many times. You don't need to keep saying it.
Here's what some other young QBs who are also on crappy teams have done so far:
Davis Mills 56% comp rate, 207 ypg, 2 TDs, 0 INTs
Cooper Rush 59% comp rate, 299 ypg, 1 TD, 0 INT
Mac Jones 65% comp rate, 233 ypg, 2 TDs, 2 INTs
Geno Smith 81% comp rate, 196 ypg, 2 TDs, 1 INTs
Daniel Jones 71% comp rate, 181 ypg, 3 TDs, 1 INT
Trevor Lawrence 68% comp rate, 255 ypg, 3 TDs, 1 INT
Yeah I think that Getsy and Fields need to be able to produce more than a 52% comp rate & 95 ypg passing, particularly since they will be facing one of the worst pass defenses in the NFL this Sunday. I'm not expecting gaudy numbers, just non-embarrassing ones.
mpbears68 Went through and posted all the first round talent on all of those O's for those teams; and the site f'd it up, not redoing.
The team w/the least amount of 1st rd talent was Jax(2 1sts on the OL), but we all saw how they spent to surround Lawrence. Either from FA or the draft, everyone of those examples you gave had multiple 1st rd talent level players on their O. Almost all had multiple just on the OL. Ya they are having average to poor success all better then Fields w/the Bears; ALL have more help.
Bears have 0, none, zilch, they are sans first rounders on their O. You do NOT develop a young qb that way, you RUIN a young qb that way. He has issues that are beyond those around him, he holds onto the ball to long, he looks for the big play like he's still at Ohio state and he has the most talented team on the field, he's missing open guys. Those are on him. But he has at best limited help surrounding him and no team in their right mind does this to a young qb, not even poorly run teams do this to their young qb; well the Bears do; they did it to Mitch also; hell I think even Mitch had at least 1 1st rd, Long at RG/RT
The Kenny Golladay situation in New York is far from over. When a receiver with a $21.15 million cap hit plays two snaps on Sunday, there's no coming back from that. This is the classic case of a new regime -- GM Joe Schoen, coach Brian Daboll -- taking over a contract it wouldn't have done itself. And when that's the case, teams look for exit strategies. The Giants didn't do anything with Golladay's contract in the preseason because the guarantees hamstrung them. His $13 million salary and $4.5 million roster bonus are locked in. Zero wiggle room. But a similar situation unfolded in the New York area a few years ago, with the Jets and Le'Veon Bell. GM Joe Douglas, who didn't do the Bell deal, decided the Jets were better off paying Bell his $13 million in guarantees to go away, first trying to trade him before releasing him. The difference is Golladay, as an accomplished wide receiver with red zone scoring potential, could have some trade value if the Giants agree to cover most of his salary. Something to watch, because Golladay can't be satisfied with his role.

Now that's a trade I'd be interested in. 28yo proven #1 WR

You can blame Ryan Pace for that. He's 100% responsible.
Kevin White was a massive bust. Trubisky the same. And 2 other FRPs were lost in the Mack trade when Pace thought Trubisky was "the guy". The only other FRPs Pace had went for Floyd and Roquan.
Poles didn't have a FRP this draft either cuz it was spent to move up for Fields.
