Roquan Smith led the Bears in tackles, had .5 sacks and a QB hit... and scored dead-last of every Bears player who played in that game. PFF scored Trey Lance way higher than Roquan (gave Roquan a 28 and Trey Lance a 53.7). Think of all the bad plays that first half by Bears players... and they ALL graded higher than RS. Crazy.
LINK "The folks at PFF just don’t seem to be fans of Smith. While Smith was far from perfect in his first live action since the 2021 finale, he had a strong performance in Week 1 with a team-best nine tackles, 0.5 sack, one pass breakup and one QB hit. Smith earned the lowest grade on the entire roster at 28.1"

They just aren't to good at their jobs, have never been. Again could a team use their work to find bias in their own grading, maybe, but as inform for fans, worthless. If I use them, rarely, it's only bc there is no other option
wouldn't surprise me one bit. Which again is why I think their only use to an NFL team is to make sure there is no bias in their internal systems. PFF has been a joke for going on a decade.
