I have to admit, Johns size and ability to move intrigued me. Apparently, not the coaching staff.
More cuts to come. I'll be checking out every WR and OL-men that is released. Basically looking for PS material that would be "better" than the PS material currently on the roster.

I hope it's okay, Brasil, I stickied this thread & retitled it "Roster Moves: so we can keep track all our roster moves here. I got your post as the kickoff to the thread.

From windycity:
On Monday, the Chicago Bears waived defensive end Carson Taylor off their 90-man offseason roster. Taylor was an undrafted free agent from Northern Arizona, and in Chicago’s preseason game on Saturday he played in 12 snaps on defense and another 6 in the third phase.
UPDATE: Bears linebacker Javin White lore his ACL per report.
UPDATE: On Tuesday the Bears waived tight end Rysen John and linebacker Noah Dawkins, and they signed offensive lineman Corey Dublin and defensive back Jon Alexander.
In other roster moves the Bears released UDFA linebackers C.J. Avery and Christian Albright from injured reserve with a settlement over the weekend. Both linebackers were waived/injured last week, then reverted to their IR after clearing waivers.
This SUCKS! Biggs says it's possibly a Lisfranc injury; 6 weeks off his feet -at a minimum- and that's if it's a slight injury. Severe can be career-ending.
5th round draft picks have a low success rate. I'm disappointed because I like all the Bear's draft picks, but there was little chance he was going to make it and contribute regularly.
But at some point one of these late round WRs/TEs has to hit right? Right?
