Bears OL, 0 sacks 0 hits against a Tenn Def that is pretty good at pressuring the QB(top 3 at sacks).
So this idea that the Bears need to completely revamp this OL is off; the idea that they NEED an OT is also a bit off. Could they use another OT to really get over the top sure, but the OL is far better then people are giving it credit for.

Shhhh...people might start thinking Howard is a product of his OL...But I do agree with you. I'd still like to see an upgrade at LT. Leno is average and I'd like to see better.

I think this shows we need a QB who has a fast release. Both Hoyer and Barkley seem to not have a huge problem when it comes to sacks. With Cutler it seems he puts himself into that situation by holding onto the ball for fall to long.

I also gotta give the Bears credit for not quitting. I remember the Bears under Trestman they quit. Yes, they played, but once they were behind they quit. Under Fox, they show up to play like there is no tomorrow.
I don't know if anyone wanted to completely revamp our OL. I wouldn't be over-the-top about the OL due to this game alone. I believe we need a tackle at the very least. For that matter, I wouldn't be upset if we drafted a DL and OL every year. I'm not talking a 1st round pick, but teams that have solid DLs and OLs are wise to invest in the linemen.

There is a point to be made here. Hoyer/Barkley 7 games 4 sacks. Cutler 5 games 17 sacks. Sure maybe he played some tougher def's, but that doesn't make up for 13 sacks(4x's the sacks) in 2 less games.
