Tradition in the House of Vu does not involve turkey at all. Instead it is the Last BBQ of the year, as all my equipment goes into storage from December to April.

Smoking up some ribs and a pork shoulder for pulled pork. Will also grill up some BBQ chicken for those that do not dig on swine. Wife is making a pumpkin pie right now. Will be doing sweet potatoes and grill some corn on the cob. Rest of the sides are on the few guests attending.

Enjoy your holiday, Bear Nation and be thankful you do not have the Bears giving you indigestion today.

The two things I really like about the USA is sports and the food culture. (Not fastfood but proper food)
