There is no going back to Cutler in Chicago. Maybe some other town not here. He was advertised as a Franchise QB, but never stood a chance with the disasters of a offense the Bears marched around. I will be glad when I don't have to hear anymore Cutler bitching. I hope something works out for us in the draft. If not,oh boy, let the march of random QBs continue.
What ya' do with an OL and an OL coach whose the buddy and long time cohort of the HC who in combination allow an OL to have 3 QBs end up on IR in one season starting in the preseason and one just returned from missing 5 games before this injury?
Even in the days of JWebb and OMG and whoever at OG with Tice and his fairy dust can I recall a year with so little offense and protection as this. The only people on that coaching staff worth keeping coach defense. The rest should be coaching 8th graders.
All I know is if I hear one word out of a McCaskey or a Phillips mouth about bad breaks causing all this and not bad coaching and preparation as well then I will stop being a Bears fan until the second coming which is when Ginny says we may actually see new owners. Will one of them lend us a QB. Our OL keeps getting ours broken.
The only reason for that is the sacks went down when the starters played but once they fell our backups pass block like The Great Wall of Tissue Paper. It's our backup that have been getting them smoked.
