I know of a great coach who had great success turning a franchise around fast.
Jim Harbaugh
Let's get a guy who has some emotions on this team. A guy who is a proven winner when in the NFL. If you guys read my other thread talking about why this team has been a failure, you know its because we don't have coaches like him.

I think I've already posted this stuff a few weeks ago but I don't mind doing it again.
- George Edwards, DC Vikings - Kris Richard, DC Seahawks - Teryl Austin, DC Lions - Dave Toub, STC Chiefs - Pat Fitzgerald, Northwestern HC
I also have three names for OC in mind if you're interested. Maybe I'll start my own 'offseason plan' thread in a few days. ^^
IMO Jim Harbaugh is not going anywhere. Not only is he the highest paid coach in NCAA, he's also turned around one of the most storied teams of all time and now has a real shot at winning a national title. Why on God's green earth would he leave all that for Chicago?

Not gonna happen Monsters. For one I think Harbaugh has proven his emotions and methods are eventually less effective at the NFL level than they are in college. And number two he's the highest paid coach in college football making more than Nick Saban and more than twice what the Bears have ever paid a HC.
