Jason Peters is balling at LT. Great move to sign him.

Definitely worth the 1 yr contract. I loved the signing, especially with the kids we drafted. I hope he can impart his wisdom onto both Teven and Larry that they can carry with themselves for years into their careers.

Pair that with the solid play of Ifedi week 1 (not sure what he looked like today), we might have an okay set of T's for the year.

It would be great if Ifedi plays himself into a new long term contract for us, or another team, over the course of the season. I'm hoping the Bears don't go buck wild in FA spending. I know we have a lot of needs, but they need to retool while accumulating assets in the draft.

If Ifedi can draw in a solid enough contract to get the team a comp pick, great

or

resign Ifedi and Daniels and trade Whitehair

I know the OL isn't the best in the NFL, but there are solid assets there.

Here's another OL thought I've had. Let's say we conclude the season and Mustipher proves why he didn't get drafted. I could see an OL like this next season...

Rosto, to be honest Daniels has been a huge disappointment for me. He didnt look particulary good yesterday either. Would hate parting ways with anybody and relying on him as our best G.

Good to know... I thought he played well vs Donald considering it was Donald, week 1. I guess we need more time to determine his worth.

I admit Peters has played well so far and man oh man do we desperately need that. Can he hold out medically though for a 17 game season? He hasn't last 2 years. Can he hold out at least until Borom and/or Jenkins can get back?
