25% about qb development and 10% chance of top 10 for 2021. Nagy was brought in, and I’m sure he expressed confidence in his ability, to develop Mitch. Mitch May have been a lot of things, but Nagy failed in many respects including the playoff game last year which, IMO, was a fireable event.
There are serious questions on both. If Nagy does to Fields what he did w/Mitch, ie don't work on your mechanics just learn my playbook, it won't work; although it will be better then Mitch. Probably Wentz like, until teams learn to counter it then it was falter.
Same w/his O in general. HE needs to understand he does not have Kelce or Hill on this team and make the necessary adjustments.
I like to think Nagy has learned from his Mitch experience. I feel cautiously optimistic that they will do better this time around (I like the entire coaching staff we have in place this season).
