Too many screwups on offense. 6 years and only 1 winning season, still hasn't built a perennial contender. Still hasn't found a QB. Still just as far behind Green Bay as when he was first hired. Way too much squandered draft capital.
They are both incredibly weak. There is no weakest. They are so weak they cant even be considered a link. More like a piece of rope, maybe even plain cloth. Wet cloth.

LOL, think of two overcooked angel hair pasta noodles.
Dang. I can’t pick between the two as I see Pace being a failure on his building of the team - coaches and players alike - (with input from Nagy too I venture) and Nagy being unable to hire assistants, scheme, adjust and coach up the talent given. Is there a “All of the above” option? 😁

After thinking about it for a day, I've come to the same conclusion. It's both. I think they're both probably nice people. I think neither probably has the skill set to draft a franchise QB and win super bowls here. I think that we will see .500 ball most years as long as they remain here. One-and-done playoff appearances from time to time too.
EDIT: I'm not angry about any of this. I've accepted it. We really are not making headway as far as building a great franchise here. It's like rowing a boat up the river against the current and you realize you just are not making any progress... not really getting anywhere. Totally off topic, but I was glad seeing the Browns win last night. Like us they have been a disappointing franchise. That team looks like they have a better future to look forward to. If it can happen to the Cleveland Browns then maybe there's hope for us too.

Rooting for Bills from now on, 2nd pick would be Browns

As someone who cooks a lot of pasta that is as offensive as it gets. Unpalatable.
