In Q4, he played at a Pro Bowl/Rodgers-esque level. I don't expect him to lead the league in stats by any means, just be solid and consistent.
If he can elevate his game like that (what we all were calling "taking another big step forward" going in the start of last season), Ryan Pace's job will be safe. Mitch has to clean up the drive-killing inaccurate throws that plagued him in 2019 and before the 4th Q yesterday.
