I fully expect some of the old QBs to fall off a cliff this year. So some of the favorites (NO, RB, Pitt, GB) are going to be very disappointed.
I'm a show me guy, so I'm not all in on ARI and still don't trust the Browns.
I'm leaning KC, Balt as best teams in the league. Don't know who in the NFC can challenge them. Everyone I read seems high on Dallas but I'm not there on them.
Every team in the NFC West seems fatally flawed to me. Maybe 49ers are stronger than I think.
Could be the start of a run for KC until FA and salary cap grabs them.
JABF Week 4 last year: "I hope they can get this cleaned up soon."
JABF Week 8 last year: "Total crap out there. These are Ryan Pace's players."
LOL....I felt the same way. At least this season I am confident we wont open up by losing a game we should have won to the Packers.
LOL, you have my number :-)
I usually am sky high pumped for the Bears to begin the season. I have my training camp hero each year that I just KNOW will be awesome. The head coach is going to finally get it done (this goes back a number of head coaches), Then reality hits. Every season that damned reality thing hits. But I've gotta admit, last year was a quantum leap in the force of the reality hit. MP, when I watched that offense it was beyond anything I've seen before (and as a Bears fan, we've all seen MORE than our share of pure crap offenses). But last year was jaw-dropping to watch. Holy cow. It was a total clown show of epic proportion. By the end of the game I would be numb from shock.
This year?
I'm excited about football being here again. We'll see what happens with the Bears. I honestly don't have a clue this season about what they will look like. But if they suck like last year I'll do exactly what I did last season - I'll watch the Bears but then I also watch NFL teams that look like legit pro teams. That's the only way I kept my sanity because I dearly love football. I love to watch it played well (as long as it is not the Packers). I did enjoy watching the Chiefs last year, just due to the fact they were exciting to watch. And I've always liked Andy Reid. I was hoping he would get that SB win and he did.

I'm always optimist every single week. Every single week I create a scenario that I think the Bears can follow to win. Even for the Chiefs game last year.
I never believed that the OFF could play so bad every single week. Every week I convinced myself that this was the week they would turn it around and make the playoff as the "Hot Team No One Wanted To Play."
This year I'm stuck. I can see anything happening. And I'm still excited!!
