As frustrated as I was with the guy when he was our QB, I gotta admit he cracks me up.

Jay Cutler is on the hunt for a 'chicken serial killer on the loose'

Former NFL quarterback Jay Cutler has been passionate in recent years about the chickens at his house.

And now, everyone is captivated by Cutler’s new mystery surrounding some, er, fowl play surrounding his chickens.

Cutler took to Instagram stories to inform the world there’s a “chicken serial killer on the loose” and that he’s set up a camera to figure out the culprit — a bobcat? A coyote? — to figure this all out.

I was one of the people captivated by this. Would Cutler post footage from his camera the next morning?

Not quite, but Cutler might have found some suspects.

The killer was caught, finally by Jay. LOL, this was the most hilarious thing I've read in a long time. Priceless. In the end, he's staying up all night in a tree with night-vision scope and a rifle... in a thunderstorm. But he finally got the killer.

He has (to his credit) issued an official apology to Thelma after finding out she wasn't the real killer, but stands by his statement that she has loose morals :-)

"Jay Cutler issues apology to Thelma, a savage with loose morals, for accusing her of killing his chickens. (cameo from Carrie Underwood and Zach Miller)"

“We’ve got a chicken serial killer on the loose,” Cutler explained. “We’ve lost quite a few. Tonight, we’re gonna set up a trail camera to see if it’s a coyote, bobcat or raccoon. It could be anything. I’m not sure.

“But enough is enough. These ladies are a little edgy right now. We’ve got to figure things out. There is one other possibility. It could be an inside job.”

Cutler then panned the camera to his cat, Thelma.

“Thelma over there, while she looks nice and sweet, is a savage with loose morals,” Cutler said, before sending a message to his cat. “I hope you don’t show up on camera tonight.”
