I'll go with Tier 4, but with some blame on others for his level of play. I think overall Mitch could be Tier 3 or maybe even Tier 2. We just can't tell until we can see how he is with a real offense and real weapons and a real OL who actually show up ready for game time.

I could see Trubisky being a Tier-2 quarterback. I have to believe Pace is going to make a few significant upgrades on offense. It sounds like Nagy has been willing to own his mistakes last year and is committed to change/improve. I like the coaching changes on offense. I believe Mitch will be putting in the work (and has been) to improve his recognition of defenses and will be much improved by the start of the season. He definitely has the physical gifts, and he should be able to process the game faster (and better blocking will help him have a bit more time too). I guess what I'm saying is that there isn't some single magic bullet that will affect his improvement this year but rather a combination off several factors that may help him finally perform like the guy we hoped he would be when drafted so high.
You add all that up and I don't think it's crazy to believe he could be a 2nd Tier guy this year. Not saying it WILL happen, but certainly it could happen. We will soon see.
One last thought. It's not like he needs everything to be perfect, but rather he does need a baseline of talent around him at this point of his career (player and coaching).
Why is Nick Foles on this list? Jacksonville would take a $33.88M cap hit if they traded him, as they just gave him a 4 year deal...
There are a lot of recent rumors that Jacksonville wants to trade Foles and start Minshew. Here's just one report, but if you Google you'll get a lot of people reporting this:
Eric Lambert is the "Sports Mockery" site guy right? His site literally has an article on every single QB in the NFL and draft linked to Chicago somehow. It is usually followed by another article on how said an wont work and another on how Pace is a moron if he doesn't get the same QB. I think he is bipolar, or he is throwing all his shit against the wall so that when one thing becomes true he can say "Look at me I was right".

I don't think you are allowed to criticize Lambert on this site. I did it once and got yelled at.

Gave a slightly above average qb "market value" for a starting qb, and not even a year later already regretting it. Nice! Well done Jax. No team should be so ignorant as to take that contract on, and likey ou said that cap hit is crippling.
