Sure just lump him up with all the other ex franchise qbs coming available this year.
This guy would likely be the best and most wanted fa QB though, he is going to get a shot at starting gig and good money to boot. Much like teddy bside I dont see how the bears compete for him, and that is assuming he is a FA, if its alex smith like and they need to trade for him, like smith i dont see the bears getting a real shot
No, I don't think he's capable of running the type of offense Nagy wants to run. Plus he's another guy who wouldn't do well behind a line that can't hold up in pass pro.

I would agree with Ric.
"if the price were right?" Most definitely.
David Carr was a pre-season MVP candidate with Antonio Brown on the roster (granted I also saw Mitchell Trubisky as a pre-season MVP candidate at least with decent odds in Vegas). He probably had the worst, least proven group of WR's in the NFL last season.
I would disagree that Carr isn't capable of running the type of O Nagy is interested in running. I live in the area so I've seen a lot of Carr. He can read defenses and can make throws all over the field. I don't know what type of QB Nagy needs to run his O?
I also believe that Carr wouldn't thrive behind the Bears 2019 O'Line but I am not sure what QB would? Lamar Jackson maybe?
A revamped line in 2020 and Carr would be as good as anyone available right now. Carr is a much better QB then Bridgewater which is probably an unpopular view from what I've read on here. Carr isn't considered a mobile QB so Teddy has the edge there but that's the only area I'd give TB an edge in.

He needs a QB that can threaten to run and isn't scared to get hit. Carr can't run and is scared to get hit ever since his back injury. And if we want to talk about deep ball problems...Trubisky may not be accurate on the deep ball...but Carr never throws it.
Teddy is about as mobile as Carr is. Teddy is a better deep ball passer however. Either way I don't think either comes here.
