So far 2nd in sacks, 1st in pressures, 1st in forced fumbles, and top 3 in a lot of other categories. JJ Watt also beasting.

Dion Sanders said after yesterday's game that Mack is the league MVP. Didn't LT win that in 1986? I swear he is playing like LT, and I think LT was the best football player who ever lived.
The only two players to win MVP that were not a QB or RB are Alan Page in 1971 and Lawrence Taylor in 1986. So if you want to see what it takes for a defensive guy to win, look at those two.

So you're saying me there is a chance?
Not a chance in hell. Right now the League MVP is Aaron Rodgers. With him the Packers might make it to the playoffs. Without him, they are at best a 6-10 team. No one player in the league means more to their team than him.

Maybe true, but that's not really how the MVP award works and you know it. lol.
I'd say it's Mahomes at this point. He's special, and he makes things work for that team. Oh, and they're actually impressive. Not so true for the Packers.

Question is, can the Chiefs win without Mahomes? My answer is yes. Will they win as many? No. But they would still more than likely make it to the play off. Besides Rodgers, can you name one player on the Packers you would trade for? Now do the same with the Chiefs.
