No team can win without being very good on both sides of the ball. Thats just the way it is. As for being KC West or N.O. North...well KC has been to the playoffs 5 times since 2010, same with New Orleans and they won a superbowl. I'm perfectly ok with that..and I don't care how we do it.
+1 You win with a good team. Having a good O, D or STs unit is nice. But to win a super bowl you need a good team. Good coaches and players - a good team. In fact you need to be the best team in the NFL that year.
ps. I'm in New Jersey today... my daughter graduates today from Rutgers with her Masters degree. My youngest child, so it is a really good feeling. LOL, now to get her a "real" job :-)
My hope is that my kids are all gainfully employed so that in January I can retire. LOL, right now I'm sitting in the hotel lobby, sipping coffee waiting for Mrs JABF... women sure take a long time getting ready :-)

Thanks Brother... I do not want to make this about me but Thanks for making me smile. I had a sucky day at work but after reading the above statement, made me imagine the joyfulness and how proud you must feel. For a brief moment I was JABF......Sitting there with a big goofy smile.
I am soooooo happy for you and hope for nothing but the best for you and yours. I hope you can retire in January. It sounds like you have done everything a good Dad could, would do to ensure your Childrens success.

Now a football post...
Culture change? How about a league change.
Much like Soul touched upon above, Da Bears have been front and center for innovations for the league. Hell Da Bears are the reason for the phones so there is no need for a runner who spots the formation changes.
We are going to surprise many a fan and I would not be surprised if we are in the playoffs.
Nagy and Co are going to have a few tricks up their sleeve.
