I think Norwell is gonna get a lot of interest. We're talking about a 26 year old version of Josh Sitton here.
Speaking of Norwell:
JennaLaineESPN @jennalaineespn For those wanting Andrew Norwell, the feeling I've gotten from talking to folks around the league is that he's probably going to get about $13 million APY.
Was talking with malaga bear about that early this AM and yeah, something in that range is about right with $30 mil plus guaranteed. I'd be willing to do a 5 year deal paying him somewhere around that.
Imagine an interior with Norwell, Whitehair, and Long for the next 4-5 years.
I'd love to have Nelson drop to #8 too because it would save some money but do we risk it? If there's a run on QBs maybe he lasts that long but then again maybe not and if we can sign Norwell we can use that #8 pick on a defensive player like Edmunds or Smith. LB is a need now both on the edge and at ILB if Jones departs.

13? wow, real nice. For him, that is
Currently the top 5 are averaging $10-$12 mil per year so as the deals for OGs are getting better it stands to reason he'll be at or close to the top of the pay scale. The highest paid is Zeitler @ $60 mil/5 yrs/$31.5 mil gtd. so I imagine that's what his agent will be using as a target.

He’s gonna get big money and reportedly the NYG have the inside track.

Matt Maiocco @maiocconbcs Taking a look at #49ers situation, I don’t believe they will be big players for WR Allen Robinson or any big-priced WR on the free-agent market. With Pierre Garçon and Marquise Goodwin already making good money, best option probably is to look to the draft and develop someone.
Aaron Leming @aaronlemingnfl Could help the #Bears in their pursuit of Allen Robinson/Sammy Watkins.
Jason La Canfora @jasonlacanfora Bucs are keeping TE Cam Brate. The redzone target has a new 6 year deal in Tampa
John McClain @mcclain_on_NFL Texans are making a strong run at LT Nate Solder. They’re desperate for a new LT. They started 5 LTs last season.

So I've read but if Pace is serious about pursuing him his interest would be something he'd keep under wraps. If we don't go hard on Norwell then I have to think they really hope they can get Nelson at #8. Pugh is the next best LG but he's coming off a back injury and even though he's cleared to play back injuries with OL worry me.
Might as well insert the info that Pace signed Sowell to a two year deal as a swing OT/OG and Pugh also plays RT so if they sign him it would be to start at LG. I really hope that once he decided to let Sitton go Pace had a plan to replace him. That LG position is key and we played much better after signing Sitton than before.

#Jaguars WR Allen Robinson called Chicago 'an amazing football town' in his conversation with @adamschein today. Said #Bears and #49ers have a lot of the same strengths.

“That’s a team that I’ve heard as far as people are talking about being interested in me. From what I’ve heard about Chicago, I heard it’s an amazing city, an amazing football town.” - WR Allen Robinson on @maddogradio
