I don't think Biggs was criticising Pace, but just stating his own views regarding the OL and the DL (I think he mentioned DL earlier in that article).  I didn't mean to post it as criticism.  I agree with the philosophy of pulling in resources every year to both the DL and the OL.  It doesn't mean it has to be a high pick every year (Hiestand should be able to develop SOME later picks or UDFA), but rather always be trying to keep the D/O-lines as pretty strong units - complete with decent depth... and bringing in youth is good so that the overall line never gets too old.  Nothing wrong with have a few older players, but don't let too much of the unit get to the end of the shelf-life.
