I didnt get to see anything beyond the first drive for each team. Can someone give a nice consiece breakdown of what happened?
I will give you one, very short, not a good day for Trub and you didnt miss a thing.
Essentially Mitch was put in the same position Cutler was many times of having to put the entire offense on his back in order to have a shot at winning. That's a tall order for any QB let alone a rookie but I suppose we can chalk it up to another learning experience. So far Mitch seems less likely to repeat his mistakes than Cutler was. I see that as a positive.
I seriously think management goes the Jeff Fisher route with Fox. He will be back next season. Ticket sales, not attendance will need to plummet. This is a premonition I have. Plan for the worst, hope for the best.
Unless we have just entered The Twilight Zone I can't see it. Even Phillips and GMcC aren't that dumb. Fans would hang them both in effigy.

It's just what you would expect with this team. The game-time coaching is horrific. Just clueless. The WRs are not crap, but they are not anything to write home about. We had 2 OL go down to injury so the OL struggled. Trubisky had a bad day, IMHO. He would have a good play, going through progressions and looking good... then on the next play stare down a single receiver, or throw a pic. About what you would expect of a rookie QB with poor receivers.
