Captain Oblivious and Major Malfunction strike again. You guys make my brain hurt.
I'm sure I'm not alone; this board in another two weeks:
Alex told me the American Act for the Mentally Challenged required him to make an affirmative action hire and I'm it. How's that for having tenure?
I've got to find a big ROTFLMAO emoji to employ here just for some of these threads. I think I'll see if I can find a "My Brain Hurts" emoji especially for YOUR posts!
Bears add Staten to practice squad Posted Sep 14, 2016 Larry Mayer Bears Senior Writer
The Bears on Wednesday signed defensive lineman Jimmy Staten to their practice squad.
Staten, 25, was selected by the Seahawks in the fifth round of the 2014 NFL Draft out of Middle Tennessee. He has also spent time with the Giants, Patriots and Chiefs, but has yet to appear in an NFL regular-season game.
The Bears made three practice-squad moves Tuesday, signing running back Raheem Mostert and releasing running back Senorise Perry and offensive lineman Laurence Gibson.
Mostert, 24, entered the NFL in 2015 with the Eagles as an undrafted free agent out of Purdue. He has also spent time with the Browns, Ravens, Dolphins and Jets, appearing in 11 games and averaging 27.9 yards on 19 kickoff returns.
