My only concern is how flat he'll come off. If you ever listened to his espn 1000 talk show the first year or 2 here was here, it was bad. Hopefully it was just b/c he was a player then.

I wish him the best and hope that he ends up being successful on TV. But I am afraid he might come off as bitter or resentful when talking about the Bears. Kind of like how BU was from time to time when he had his TV gig.

B/c he's 40, and doesn't want to sit around doing nothing all day. Anyone, athlete or otherwise, so driven to get to the highest level in their given field isn't able to just turn that off.
Probably because the media portrayed him as lifeless terrible guy that doesn't really like football, but come to find out he is doing everything in his power to stay around the game.. pretty confusing lol
