yeah... that's the thing. It is why you do not allow the culture. What happens is that if allowed (and it was), it changes the environment. Just as easily, if the rules and standards had been maintained, most of the new guys would have been just as happy to change to the culture we had.

Now, that does not mean it is universal.... Some will not change. Just as I wasn't going to change into a douchebag.... well.... ok, I'll think of a better example.... Some of those guys would not make the switch to our old culture. But in general, most do. Some people are followers. Some find they enjoy the different culture (both ways ---- no.... not like Ric is thinking both ways), some do it as a way not to get slammed all the time.

But yes, it really is disappointing to see that happen. As for me. I am what I am. I am not going to change. I will go where I see other like minded people (sorry for just insulting everyone on the board with that last statement).
