How is the team better with a player who doesn't fit the offense? Explain that...and where was this opinion after weeks 1, 2, and 3?
speaking of players that don't fit the offense. A former Bears play has something to say:
You think he has a point similar to the Eagles with Foles and Wentz?
Need to see what happens next week when Chase has to start against a def that has film on him and is preparing for him. If it's anything like last year, no.
but hey way to shoe horn your hate of the bears qb into a thread that had 0% to do w/him.

Well seeing that some here believe Howard isn't a great fit here and he wasn't. He still was a talented running back. So for everyone who agrees with that does the same question get ask when its on our QB?
If I made a thread about it most would just take it as another "Hateful" message on Trubisky. I'm not saying the guy isn't talented but just like Howard he doesn't seem fit for the pocket passer Nagy wants.
So the same question in my opinion is a fair question to ask. Daniels is clearly not a very talented QB but he knows how to use the system better.

Thread about ex RB and his 1st good game in Philly has 0 to do w/the qb play. Btw, Chase played solid today, no doubt but again we saw this last year, next game Chase was trash, terrible terrible trash. Where was Earl w/how great of a fit he was then?

He might...but are you saying Wentz isn't a fit in Philly? LOL
Iggles are 2-2, I still say that Foles was the better for that O, not that Wentz is bad, but Foles willingness to let his WR's make plays made him better in that Philly O.

Nope but Foles was better at it. Wentz is clearly a more talented player ( Like Trubisky is on our offense ) but Foles seems to be the better fit for the offense ( Not saying Daniels is Foles level but he has a better understanding of the scheme similar to Foles )
Philly is using Howard effectively in both running game and passing. I guess they figured out that he can catch a football. I grant he was not as productive with Nagi's "scheme," but if he were here now, he'd still be contributing more than we are getting out of Davis. And if Montgomery goes down with an injury, you guys are going to wish we still had Howard.
They were saying on GMF this morning that the Bears defense alone will make us Super Bowl contenders. I think we just threw away a good player for practically nothing, and it could easily come back and bite us in the butt.

LMAO!!! My goodness...the recency bias with you is unreal. So let me get this right, when Wentz was 11-2, throwing for 3300 yards with 33 td's and 7 int's and on pace to be the league MVP...he wasn't a fit for the offense and Foles was better at it? The next year, when in 11 games he threw for over 3000 yards, 21 td's to 7 int's....he wasn't a fit for the offense? This year....when he's thrown for almost 1000 yards in 4 games with 9 td's and 2 int's...he's not a fit for the offense and the eagles would be better of off with Nick Foles?
I mean look...if that whats you want to go with you can... but whooooo boy you'd be wrong.
