This is a good read and worth following the link to check out the entire article. I've always liked Virginia McCaskey. They call her "Mama Bear" in this article. She is an amazing woman for sure. She is 96-years old and still goes to the games - even away games.

In a business that is overrun by mostly men, there is one woman who stands out. A woman who has been a part of the boys club for so long, that she deserves to be honored for dedication to the Chicago Bears.
This is the 100th year anniversary of the NFL and also the same anniversary for the Chicago Bears.
In honor of this, the NFL took a look at four women who have been a crucial part of the success of the league. They created a documentary that looks into the lives of these women and Chicago Bears owner Virginia McCaskey is one of them.
