I will put my fantasy football advice here...it may not be very good, but it is advice nonetheless.
I will focus on Bears players, since this is a Bears Forum. the hot add is Cohen this week, with most waiver periods over this morning I would imagine most would have picked him up. He was a bit of a no brainer. For those who have Howard, fear not as I do not see Cohen effecting his value a whole lot. With the WR looking pretty thin, I would hope Loggains thinks outside the box and uses Cohen as a WR more and keep Howard as his main RB. Both players have value in this offense...I may not suggest starting both in the same lineup, but neither will negatively effect the other. If your league has a deep bench or you have a bench spot to spare, stashing Shaheen isn't a bad idea also. Again with the pass catchers dropping like flies, Shaheen may start seeing some work at the goal line which could expand his role in the offense. But at this moment, I wouldn't count on Shaheen as a spot play yet. The only other players on the Bears team I would consider looking to add are Wright and Bellamy. Captain Check Down will continue to dump the ball of and I could see Wright having a bunch of receptions. He could be a decent flex play or even a DFS play. Bellamy seemed to get a bunch of looks his way and when in the redzone Glennon liked throwing to him. Like Wright he is a flex play at best right now. I wouldn't go out of my way to get Miller at this moment, but he a decent TE play.
As for the rest of the NFL, Marlon Mack should be a RB everyone should look to add. He is more than likely still available in most leagues and is worth the bench spot. He is a dynamic runner and Frank Gore is pretty much collecting social security checks at this juncture of his career. As the season progresses Mack will continue to get an increase in touches. This last game he got in the endzone once and should have had a second score that was called back but Pagano should have reviewed. I am willing to bet that by the end of the season Gore is at most the starter by name and Mack is getting the bulk of the workload.
With David Johnson out for a few months the hot add is Williams, don't get sucked into spending a lot in FABB or using a high waiver priority on him. The Cardinals brought back CJ2K for a reason and I don't think Williams will be as good of a fill in as people are expecting. It will be a RBBC and either RB will be a flex play at best. You would be better off trying to get Kamara from the Saints. He had as many carries as Ingram and is the main pass catch RB in that offense, I see more value in Kamara than Williams.
Other more obvious adds, Allen Hurns...with A-Rob out for the season he can see in uptick in his targets. Javorius Allen, I like Terrance West the most in the backfield but Allen could see an increase load. If you don't have Golladay and he is available, then stop BSing and pick him up. And lastly, Bennie Fowler could be a solid bench add.
